On Monday, 22.12.2018 the General Manager of the Gas Distribution Company Thessaloniki - Thessaly S.A. (EDA THESS), Mr. Leonidas Bakouras and the Mayor of Kileler, Mr. Nassiakopoulos Athanasios had a meeting in the Municipality of Kileler, regarding the expansion of the natural gas network in the area of Omorfochori.
After Trilofos, Plagiari, Filiro, Exochi and Chortiatis, another area of the urban area of Thessaloniki uses natural gas. Nea Mesimvria of the Municipality of Chalkidon, where on Friday 29/12/2017 the supply ceremony of the expansion of natural gas network and the activation of the first consumers’ meters who already enjoy its benefits, took place.
The first compressed natural gas (CNG) decompressor was installed in Thessaloniki region and in particular in Lagkadas, as part of the Distribution Network of the Gas Distribution Company Thessaloniki - Thessaly S.A. (EDA THESS).
